Susan Margles, President and CEO of the Ottawa International Airport

Come 2025, Ottawa’s airport will have a new leader.

Susan Margles will officially take over as President and CEO, bringing with her an extensive resume of leadership and collaborative prowess.

Currently serving as Chief People and Safety Officer at Canada Post, Margles also held the role of Senior Vice-President, Corporate Affairs at the company and spent many years in the federal government, holding senior roles in departments such as Transport Canada and Finance.

“I am honoured to join the Ottawa International Airport Authority and work with this talented team,” said Margles. “The airport is essential to the region’s economic growth and position as the capital city of a G-7 nation. I look forward to building on its successes, helping to create an even brighter future for the airport, and pursuing new opportunities for aviation innovation, growth, and sustainability to better serve the Ottawa and Gatineau communities.”

Robyn Osgood, CEO of McMillan Vantage

Public affairs firm McMillan Vantage recently named Robyn Osgood as its first-ever CEO.

She joined the firm in 2018 as a partner and COO, helping build up the company’s presence across Canada. With more than 30 years of experience in strategic communications and public affairs, including founding her own PR firm, Blueprint Public Relations, Osgood brings valuable expertise to her new position.

“Alongside talented colleagues and an impressive roster of clients, I am excited to step into the role of CEO so that together we can continue to grow, offering more opportunity to our team and even deeper bench strength to our clients,” said Osgood.

In her new role, Osgood will lead McMillan Vantage’s management team and work closely with the firm’s newly established Board of Directors to continue to serve clients across Canada.
