Maple syrup from Costco

I LOVE maple syrup. I view it as a necessary food group. I use it in my coffee every morning instead of sugar or sweetener, and I used to carry a small jar of maple syrup in my purse for emergency situations — like when there was no maple syrup at a restaurant or, worse yet, there was FAKE SYRUP, which should be against the law.

There are lots of places to buy delicious Canadian maple syrup, but I admit I buy mine at Costco because our household goes through it in such large quantities, and the Kirkland brand of maple syrup is both fabulous and affordable — yum yum!
